Ad spend and searchv1.1
Ad spend that syncs itself, and the searches that bring buyers.
Connect Meta Ads and Google Ads once and ProductLense pulls daily spend per campaign into profit per channel. Connect Search Console and every query shows clicks, position and an estimated revenue.

Ad spend and Search Console: questions
Something else? Write to us and a person replies.
When can I connect Meta and Google Ads?
As soon as each platform approves ProductLense’s app, which is in review now. Until then, export spend from the ad platform as CSV and import it on the Ad spend settings page; the columns are the same ones the sync writes, so nothing changes in your reports when the live connection arrives later.
How is spend matched to my channels?
By utm_campaign first, by campaign name or id, then by source and medium. Tag your ads with the campaign name or id in utm_campaign for exact matching. If nothing matches, the spend falls back to the platform’s paid channel, so it is never silently dropped from profit per channel.
How is revenue per search query estimated?
Each landing page’s revenue from organic search is split across the queries that sent clicks to it, by their share of those clicks. It is labelled as an estimate everywhere, because Google does not tell anyone which search a single visitor typed, only how many clicks each query sent to each page.
Will a sync overwrite spend I entered?
No. Spend you enter by hand or import as CSV always wins over synced rows for the same day and campaign. The sync reads the last 90 days on first connect, then every morning re-reads the last few days, because ad platforms correct their numbers after the fact and ProductLense follows those corrections.
Which plans include ad spend sync?
Meta Ads and Google Ads spend sync starts on Growth at $49 a month, with profit per channel and every billing connection. The Search Console keyword report is on every plan, including Free. Disconnecting removes the stored login, and an optional switch also deletes the data the connection synced.
