Realtime
Watch visits pulse and payments land, as they happen.
The live view puts the last 30 minutes of visits and payments on a detailed globe. Visits pulse where they happen, a payment rises as a coin with the channel that earned it, and a feed lists each one.

Live globe: questions
Something else? Write to us and a person replies.
How live is the live view?
Visits show within a few seconds of the pageview reaching ProductLense, and payments within seconds of your billing provider’s webhook. The view covers the last 30 minutes and refreshes itself while it is open, so you can leave it on a second screen during a launch and watch each visit and payment arrive.
Does the globe show who my visitors are?
No. ProductLense stores no names or IP addresses for anonymous visitors. Customers you identified appear with a masked name, such as Em** Si***, with the country, the page and the channel. Nothing on the map can identify a person who has not signed up with you, and the masking is the same on public dashboards.
Can I share the live view?
Yes. A public dashboard link opens the same globe read-only, without revenue unless you choose to show it in the site settings. It works well on an office screen or during a launch, and anyone with the link sees visits and payments arrive without needing a ProductLense account or a login.
Does the globe slow down my dashboard?
No. The map and its tiles load only when you open the live view, from the globe button or the G key, so the rest of the dashboard stays as fast as before. Closing the view stops the animation and the polling, so a tab left in the background costs nothing.
Which plans include the live view?
Every plan, including Free. The globe, the activity feed and the payment coins work as soon as the script is installed; payments need a billing connection, which starts on Starter. Public dashboards that show the live view are also available on every plan, so you can share it from day one.
