The problem

Clients ask whether the campaigns paid for themselves. Agencies usually answer with ad platform ROAS, which double-counts across platforms and ignores refunds and churn. A shared view of attributed net revenue minus spend is easier to defend.

One account, many client sites

Scale has no site limit and no plan limits team members, so an agency can hold every client site in one account with events shared across them. Each site has its own billing connections and ad spend.

Profit the client can check

Import the campaign spend you manage as CSV and ProductLense subtracts it from attributed net revenue. The client sees profit, CAC, ROAS and payback per campaign from their own Stripe or Paddle data rather than platform-reported conversions.

Agencies: questions

Can clients see their own dashboard?
A site can be made public, which serves its traffic stats at a public URL without revenue endpoints. For revenue and profit, put the client’s site in its own ProductLense account and invite the client there, or export the tables from the dashboard. Everyone in an account sees every site in that account, so keep each client in a separate account.
How many client sites does Scale include?
Scale has no site limit and covers 10M events a month across all sites in the account, for $149 a month or $1,490 a year. Growth covers ten sites and 1M events for $49. Events are counted per account, so busy and quiet clients balance out.
Does ProductLense double-count conversions across ad platforms?
No. Each payment is attributed once, to the visitor’s first touch, regardless of how many ad platforms showed that person an ad. This is why ProductLense’s per-channel revenue usually adds up to the client’s real revenue while platform-reported conversions do not.
Can I import spend from several ad accounts?
Yes. The CSV format is date, channel, source, medium, campaign, amount and currency, so rows from Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others can be combined in one file per client site. Currencies are converted to USD at the ECB daily rate.
Can each client see only their own numbers?
Yes, if each client has its own ProductLense account. Create one account per client with that client’s site and billing connection, and invite the client there; you can belong to every client account with one login. Everyone in an account sees every site in it, so never put two clients in the same account. You can also share a public, read-only dashboard link per site without inviting anyone.
