Revenue analytics for Indian SaaS selling worldwide
ProductLense suits Indian SaaS founders selling worldwide: it connects Razorpay, Dodo Payments, Paddle and Stripe, converts every payment to USD at the ECB daily rate while keeping the original currency, and is priced in INR for accounts registered in India.
The problem
An Indian founder often bills Indian customers through Razorpay in INR and international customers through a merchant of record in USD or EUR. Revenue lives in two dashboards and two currencies, and neither shows where customers came from.
Razorpay and a merchant of record together
Connect Razorpay for Indian customers and Dodo Payments or Paddle for the rest, on the same site. ProductLense normalises every payment to USD using the ECB daily rate and stores the original amount and currency, so revenue by channel adds up across both.
Fees as they really are
Razorpay fees include GST and are recorded per payment. For Paddle the fee is what Paddle keeps, including tax, so net revenue equals the payout; for Dodo Payments it is total minus settlement. Profit uses those real numbers.
Priced in rupees
Accounts registered in India pay ₹999, ₹2,499 or ₹6,999 a month for Starter, Growth and Scale, through Dodo Payments with UPI and Indian cards. Annual plans are ten times the monthly price.

Indian SaaS selling globally: questions
- Can I pay for ProductLense in INR?
- Yes. Accounts registered in India see INR prices: ₹999 a month for Starter, ₹2,499 for Growth and ₹6,999 for Scale, or ₹9,990, ₹24,990 and ₹69,990 a year. Checkout runs through Dodo Payments and accepts UPI and Indian cards. The account country is set at signup from your connection.
- How does ProductLense handle INR and USD revenue together?
- Every payment is converted to USD at the European Central Bank reference rate for its day and also stored in its original currency. Reports default to USD, so Razorpay INR payments and Paddle USD payments add up in one revenue-by-channel table.
- Is ProductLense compliant with India’s DPDP Act?
- ProductLense processes visitor data on your behalf as a data processor and is operated by RedAnalytica, a sole proprietorship registered in India with a named grievance officer. It sets no cookies, stores no IPs and keeps raw events 90 days. Our privacy policy and DPA describe both GDPR and DPDP positions.
- Where is my data stored?
- On servers in Germany, with encrypted backups in the EU. Billing credentials are encrypted at rest, raw events are deleted after 90 days, IP addresses are never stored, and you can export or delete each client’s data from the dashboard at any time.
- Does ProductLense support Razorpay subscriptions?
- Yes. The Razorpay connector reads customers, subscriptions, captured payments and refunds, fetching each subscription’s plan once for its amount and interval. Webhooks for captured payments, refunds and subscription changes keep it current, each verified with the X-Razorpay-Signature header before ProductLense trusts it.
