Daily insight
A short card on the Overview each morning comparing yesterday with the week before, with every number checked against its inputs.
The daily insight is a card at the top of a site's Overview with a headline and two to four points about yesterday. It is written once a day at 06:00 in the site's time zone and never regenerated the same day.
Who gets it
- Sites on a paid plan (Starter, Growth or Scale) with at least 100 events the previous day.
- On Free, the card shows a sample built from mock data so you can see the format.
- Sites below 100 events yesterday get no card that day.
What it compares
The input is aggregated numbers only:
- Yesterday against the average of the previous 7 days for the six overview numbers.
- The top 5 sources by profit.
- The top 3 pages by conversion.
- Counts of new customers and refunds.
The output is a headline of at most 12 words and 2 to 4 points of at most 25 words each. A point can carry a percentage change, computed as (yesterday − average) ÷ average × 100.
How the numbers are checked
The card is written from fixed sentence templates on our own servers; no outside AI model is involved. Every percentage and every number in a point's text must match the inputs within rounding, and a point that fails the check is dropped rather than shown.
